Physical Arrangement Committee

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.) Must be willing to extend assistance & support to the Chaircouple & working staff prior to & durimg 2 days PREX seminar & to the incoming activities & Projects of PREX

2.) Must attend the ff:
a. 2 days PREX seminar (every 1st Saturday & Sunday of the month) being an Overseer of physical Arr. Committee & esp. To the most Important part- WELCOME.
b. New Prex graduates reunion & 1st workshop ( every 2nd Sunday 10:00 AM/ Elysian Chapel ). It’s your turn to explain to the new working staff the duties & importance of Physical Arr. Comm.
c. PREX Monthly meeting ( every 4th Sunday of the month, 1:00 pm/ Elysian Chapel ).
d. PREX Monthly Vigil/ Holy Hour ( every 1st Friday of the month, 6:00pm/OLFQP, Heritage Homes),This is our support to the incoming LC.

Duties of Physical Arrangement Comm: ( Working Staff )

1. Cleaning & preparing venue & comfort rooms ) 2 days prior to sched. Seminar )

2. Decorating hall with table cloths, plants, flowers.

3. Setting up the ff: ( Things to prepare )
a. Bible g. Lectern m. Waste cans
b. Crucifix h. Electricfan n. Water pails
c. Candles i. Plants & Flowers o. Bathsoap
d. Blackboard & Chalk j. Tablecloth & curtains p. Cleanser
e. Charts k. Urn for “covenant burning” q. Air freshener
f. Sound system l. Floor mops & wax r. Toilet paper

5. Maintaining order & cleanliness of seminar hall throughout the duration of seminar.

6. Cleaning hall and CR after every sessoion ( Very imp’t. )

7 Checking and providing toilet papers, water supply inside CR.

8. Maintaining & cleaning of CR before, during & after seminar.

9. Coordinating with & reporting to LC regarding status, problems, progress etc. of PREX class & suggesting solutions.

Note: Aside from our designated committee, kindly, let us be help to other committees epescially those who need out assistance.
