Security/ Medical Working Committee

Duties & Responsibilities of SECURITY/ MEDICAL Working Comm.:

1. Assist in ushering participants to Seminar hall & To their assigned table.
2. Ensures that no participants leaves the Seminar hall without the permission of the LC.
3. Prevents NON-PARTICIPANTS or NON-STAFF from entering the Seminar hall .
4. Supervise traffic flow of the participants & staff for smooth movements in the seminar hall.
5. Coodinates with the auxilliary group & premises guard regarding safety of vehicles of the participants & staff.
6. Ensures safety of the personal effects of both participants & staff especially during mass
7. Provides first-aid medicines for the participants & staff, the likes of :
Analgesic, Antipyretic, Antidiarrheal, Antiacid, Mild Decongestant etc.
Emergency Medicines to be prepared:
1. Biogesic 5. Small Vicks
2. Neozep 6. Small White flower
3. Diatabs 7. Small Alcohol
4. Alaxan 8. band-Aid
